There are bathrooms in the parking lot near the summit. The views from top are nice on a clear day. Always a pleasure. When you hit the gravel road at the woods creek gate, look to the other side of the road. Watch out for the yellow jackets nest, about 1.3 miles starting from the parking lot, a little bit after the first switchback to the left, run by it and they won't get you :). Take the trail which gives you great views of the forest as you climb a sustained gradual climb to the junction with the Tie Trail (there will be a bench there).
